I use a holistic approach focusing on mind, body, and soul. Using holistic techniques I work to treat the whole person and improve their overall well-being. Meditation is a big proponent I use to combat symptoms of withdrawal, triggers, and cravings.

I love nature hikes, walks and spending time with my grandchildren and family.
