Clinical Approach:
The foundation of my approach is my therapeutic relationship with the client and helping them see that they are worthy to heal. Many show up not understanding how their trauma and addiction has impacted them emotionally, spiritually and physically. My hope is to guide them to be wonderful self-advocates for their mental health, so they can have a successful recovery.
Hobbies:
I am part of a large extended family, so wedding events and time with family is wonderful. I enjoy fishing and spending time at the lake with our family. I like to share the kids' adventures and their comedy with friends, go on walks, lawn/garden work and watch movies.
